1. About us

This website and store are operated under the brand name MAIMON&CO. Email: maimoncojewelry@gmail.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Who can order

We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia or Israel. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. The material, stones and measurements of each piece are listed on its product page. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements are approximate.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. For US orders, prices already include duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import VAT or other taxes may apply; they are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping fee of $10 to the US and $15 to all other countries, as shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If a price on our website is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you if this happens.

5. Offers

"Second piece 20% off": when you buy 2 or more pieces, 20% is taken off the lowest-priced piece automatically, once per order.

Launch offer: from November 1 to November 15, 2026 (until 23:59 Israel time), when you buy 3 or more pieces, 30% is taken off the lowest-priced piece instead, once per order. Offers do not combine. We may change or end offers at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Orders

After you order, you receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you for that piece in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

For US orders, estimated delivery is 9-15 business days. For other countries, delivery usually takes about 15 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our 30-day returns and size exchanges (available within 14 days of delivery) are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Website content

The text, design and images on this website belong to MAIMON&CO or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or US state where you live.
