Diameter and circumference are measured on the inside of the ring. EU sizes follow the international standard (ISO 8653): the size is the inner circumference in millimeters, rounded. Israeli sizes are the EU size minus 40.
How to measure at home: wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. That is your inner circumference. Or measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you well. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How to measure your wrist: wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper) around your wrist just below the wrist bone, snug but not tight. Add about 1 to 2 cm (0.4 to 0.8 in) for a comfortable fit: about 1 cm for a close fit, about 2 cm for a looser fit.
Necklaces
Necklace length is measured along the chain, from end to end, including the clasp. Pieces with an extender can be worn at any length up to the longest one shown.
