Where we ship

MAIMON&CO ships to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and Israel.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
A flat $10 shipping fee on US orders under $100.
A flat $15 shipping fee on orders under $100 to all other countries.

The $100 is counted after any discounts, using the same total you see in your cart. Your cart shows how far you are from free shipping.

Delivery time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. For US orders, estimated delivery is 9-15 business days in total, from the day you order to your door. For other countries, delivery usually takes about 15 business days.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Duties and taxes

For US orders, all duties and taxes are already included in our prices. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import VAT or other taxes may apply. They are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Your address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If something needs to change, email us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

If your order is late or arrives damaged

If your US order has not arrived within 15 business days, or your order to another country is taking longer than expected, email us with your order number and we will look into it right away. If an item arrives damaged, it is covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
