30-day returns

30-day returns: unworn items in original condition can be returned for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will confirm the next steps before you send anything.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If a piece arrives defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Size exchange

Wrong size? Size exchange available within 14 days of delivery for rings, and for bracelets that are offered in more than one length (one exchange per order).

Same style, different size or length. This is an exchange, not a refund.
Shipping for the new size is paid by the customer.
Pieces priced up to $75: you do not need to send the original back.
Pieces priced above $75: email us first and we will confirm the next steps before you send anything.

To request your exchange, email us your order number and the size or length you need.

Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may need a few more days to show the refund on your account. Customs duties, import VAT and other taxes charged by the destination country (outside the US) are not included in our prices, are paid to the customs authority, and are not refundable by us.
